We received an emergency response call that a pipe broke in the upstairs bathroom and leaked onto the main level and then into the basement, affecting numerous rooms. We extracted water from the floor. We removed wet carpet and cleaned up debris so that we could dry out the subfloor underneath. We placed drying equipment in each room such as dehumidifiers and air blowers to speed the drying process which will ensure that the customer will have a dry, clean and healthy environment free of mold and rot or decay that will cause future damage. We checked the crawlspace and placed drying equipment there as well. We billed their insurance carrier for the work saving them thousands of out of pocket expenses.

"We found Innovative Restorations at the Nashville home show last summer. Since we were in the market to have our bathtub removed and a shower installed, we decided to have a few companies come out and give us estimates. Innovative restorations was by far the most appealing. Great Bathroom Remodel
"Jarrod and Michael did a great job on our bathroom! We had a very outdated bathroom and I've been eager to see it with our new remodel since the bathroom has never been changed since it was built in 1980. They did not disappoint! I especially appreciate their patience with our pets as well as how clean they left everything when they left at the end of the day. Wonderful job all around!!!"
