Meet Becca Kessie

East Tennessee has always been home to me.

I was born and raised in Knoxville, where my family's roots stretch back several generations on both sides. I grew up in Karns in the same home where my grandfather was born, and I didn't leave until I started college. After beginning my education at East Tennessee State University, I transferred to Tennessee Tech University when Josiah and I became engaged, eventually earning my nursing degree in Cookeville.

Today, my greatest joy is being a wife and mother to our three children. I spend much of my time homeschooling them, creating a home where they can learn, grow, and thrive while supporting their many activities. Between sports, horses, and everything else that comes with raising teenagers, life is wonderfully busy.

I also work part-time in our family business, helping behind the scenes wherever I'm needed. While Josiah often gets the spotlight, I'm grateful to play a role in helping our company serve families throughout our community.

When I'm not teaching, working, or cheering on our kids, you'll probably find me in the kitchen. I love cooking for family and friends, and baking cookies has become one of my favorite ways to show people they're loved.

For me, success isn't measured only by business growth—it's measured by the family we're raising, the people we're able to serve, and the opportunity to use our gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.
