Meet Josiah Kessie

I've always wanted to build something of my own.

From a young age, I knew construction was the career I wanted to pursue, and entrepreneurship has always been part of my DNA. While my parents built their own successful business, FloorCovering Technologies, I chose to start my own company from the ground up with a simple goal: provide homeowners with quality workmanship they can trust and build a business that one day my children will be proud to lead.

Today, I'm blessed to be married to an amazing wife, and together we're raising three children in Cookeville, Tennessee. As our kids have grown into their teenage years, life outside of work is filled with ball games, horse shows, and cheering them on wherever their interests take them. I may still be waiting on my dream Corvette, but watching my family grow has been a far greater reward.

Professionally, my passion is helping homeowners protect, restore, and improve one of their biggest investments—their home. I believe people deserve honest advice, exceptional craftsmanship, and work that lasts.
