Kristi Vega is a dedicated Business Development Representative with more than 15 years of experience in operations management, to include retail management as well.  She has worked with clients on a wide range of projects, from vendor contracts to "Mega Maps" for process improvements. Having collaborated extensively with client-side executives, she aims to leverage these transferable skills to grow the business for Innovative Home Services.

Kristi’s accomplishments include leading teams of over 150 employees and applying her Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification to drive cost savings and process efficiencies.

She holds a Master of Science in Management from Hodges University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University.
