"My wife and I have just recently moved into the area. We wanted to encapsulate the crawl space in the home we just purchased. We found Innovative Restorations (IR) online by chance. We live in the country, so not close to town. We made an appointment with IR and the salesman / Bid prepare arrived on time! (This is a reoccurring action). The encapsulation installers arrived as promised, and installation was completed without issue. The technicians are courteous and professional. This experience led us to hire IR to do a substantial remodel of our home. It included substantial demo removing a fireplace, stairway and walls. Painting the entire inside of the home, building out attic space and a connection platform between the upstairs rooms, a custom staircase and installation of hardwood floors and carpet. During the time IR crews arrived daily on time without fail. We had multiple crews help with this work however 95% was completed by Chris and Kevin, their craftsmanship and attention to detail was truly a blessing. I would be remiss if I did not mention David and Tristen they helped push the project across the finish line. We found Innovative Restorations to be Professional, Honest and a pleasure to work with.
