Expert Bathrooms Project Near You on Mountain Vista Ln

"Brandon, Dylan and Cody did a great job encapsulating a 2,400 sq. ft rocky crawl space. Very professional, communicated next steps and were on time."

"At about 11 p.m. on a Friday, we discovered that the water filter in my son's apartment had broken and water was puddled all over the bathroom and bedroom. We called Innovative Home Services and Jason arrived shortly after midnight. He assessed the situation and called Brandon to come out with the drying equipment. Brandon arrived about 30 minutes later and got to work setting up the dryers/dehumidifiers, etc. He was here until sometime after 3:00 a.m. on Saturday. Dillon and Cody arrived around 8 or 8:30 that morning to get the rest of the furniture out and rearranged the drying equipment after the room was completely empty. On Monday, Brandon returned to assess the situation and found that the floors were completely dry! He removed all of the equipment and loaded it back into his truck. We joked about trying to catch up on sleep and he was on his way. Each one of these men was kind, caring and efficient in their role in this situation. I highly recommend Innovation Home Services!"

HIGHLY recommend Inovative Home Services!"

"We met with Anthony Azevedo for our estimate, and he was very professional. He explained everything in detail and was very honest. We decided to go with his company to complete our bath remodel. Our team was Eddie Brown and Jeremy. They did an excellent job for us. They showed up every day until the project was complete. ( 5-6 days) . They cleaned up after each day and they explained everything they did that day, and what to expect the following day. We love our new bath and would use them again without hesitation. We also worked with Keenan and David and the whole staff, including front desk, and every person was so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this company!"

"After meeting Anthony Azevedo at a recent home show, my husband and I decided to hire his company, Innovative Home Restorations, to remodel our master bathroom. From the initial design planning and teardown to the studs, through to the rebuilding of the bath, the process was seamless. The entire team went above and beyond to make a challenging project easier than we could have imagined. Every detail was handled beautifully and professionally. We absolutely love our new bathroom, especially the Tyvarian product in the bath and shower. We highly recommend Innovative Home Restorations and would not hesitate to use them again for future projects. Thanks to our team: Anthony Azevedo, Chris Hairshaw, Kevin Warfield, David Ruybalid, Mike Edwards, and Keena Zielke."

"My wife and I have just recently moved into the area. We wanted to encapsulate the crawl space in the home we just purchased. We found Innovative Restorations (IR) online by chance. We live in the country, so not close to town. We made an appointment with IR and the salesman / Bid prepare arrived on time! (This is a reoccurring action). The encapsulation installers arrived as promised, and installation was completed without issue. The technicians are courteous and professional. This experience led us to hire IR to do a substantial remodel of our home. It included substantial demo removing a fireplace, stairway and walls. Painting the entire inside of the home, building out attic space and a connection platform between the upstairs rooms, a custom staircase and installation of hardwood floors and carpet. During the time IR crews arrived daily on time without fail. We had multiple crews help with this work however 95% was completed by Chris and Kevin, their craftsmanship and attention to detail was truly a blessing. I would be remiss if I did not mention David and Tristen they helped push the project across the finish line. We found Innovative Restorations to be Professional, Honest and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this company!"

"I continue to be very pleased with the work by innovative home services. They always complete the job thoroughly and expertly. This time in an emergency situation they responded quickly. David and Scotty were very flexible and expertly repaired our water leak. They helped me coordinate with moving the air conditioning unit so they could get to the waterline. Their flexibility to come back after it was moved enabled us to complete this job quickly. I will continue to use innovative for all of my home services and renovation."
