Expert Water Damage and Restoration Project Near You on McCroskey Ave

"Eddie and Jeremy did the remodel of our shower yesterday and I have to say it looks terrific, the guys were super friendly, answered all my questions. Great experience."

"Eddie and Jeremy did a super job replacing our aging tub with a walk-in shower. They removed everything on the first day, being careful to clean up as they went. The second day was install day, and they put in the new shower walls and fixtures efficiently and in a timely manner. Again, on completion of the job, they made a point to collect everything that required disposal, and they swept up before they left. We love the new shower and are very happy to have a grab bar available now should we need to use it. It was very easy dealing with all the personnel at Innovative Home Services; they were prompt in returning any phone call (always with very pleasant tone), and although there was about a month between the time we placed our order for the shower and it was actually installed, the company was great about updating us regularly regarding the potential installation date. The business base is just a few miles from our home, and we were very happy to be able to work with a local company that has an excellent reputation."

"Brandon, Dylan and Cody did a great job encapsulating a 2,400 sq. ft rocky crawl space. Very professional, communicated next steps and were on time."

"At about 11 p.m. on a Friday, we discovered that the water filter in my son's apartment had broken and water was puddled all over the bathroom and bedroom. We called Innovative Home Services and Jason arrived shortly after midnight. He assessed the situation and called Brandon to come out with the drying equipment. Brandon arrived about 30 minutes later and got to work setting up the dryers/dehumidifiers, etc. He was here until sometime after 3:00 a.m. on Saturday. Dillon and Cody arrived around 8 or 8:30 that morning to get the rest of the furniture out and rearranged the drying equipment after the room was completely empty. On Monday, Brandon returned to assess the situation and found that the floors were completely dry! He removed all of the equipment and loaded it back into his truck. We joked about trying to catch up on sleep and he was on his way. Each one of these men was kind, caring and efficient in their role in this situation. I highly recommend Innovation Home Services!"

"Jason arrived a little after midnight to assess the damage. Brandon arrived soon after that to set up the dryers and dehumidifiers. Dillon and Cody arrived in the morning to remove the rest of the furniture from the flooded area. All of these men were very kind, worked very efficiently and were professional though it all. HIGHLY recommend Inovative Home Services!"

"We met with Anthony Azevedo for our estimate, and he was very professional. He explained everything in detail and was very honest. We decided to go with his company to complete our bath remodel. Our team was Eddie Brown and Jeremy. They did an excellent job for us. They showed up every day until the project was complete. ( 5-6 days) . They cleaned up after each day and they explained everything they did that day, and what to expect the following day. We love our new bath and would use them again without hesitation. We also worked with Keenan and David and the whole staff, including front desk, and every person was so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this company!"

"After meeting Anthony Azevedo at a recent home show, my husband and I decided to hire his company, Innovative Home Restorations, to remodel our master bathroom. From the initial design planning and teardown to the studs, through to the rebuilding of the bath, the process was seamless. The entire team went above and beyond to make a challenging project easier than we could have imagined. Every detail was handled beautifully and professionally. We absolutely love our new bathroom, especially the Tyvarian product in the bath and shower. We highly recommend Innovative Home Restorations and would not hesitate to use them again for future projects. Thanks to our team: Anthony Azevedo, Chris Hairshaw, Kevin Warfield, David Ruybalid, Mike Edwards, and Keena Zielke."
