Excellent, quick response
At about 11 p.m. on a Friday, we discovered that the water filter in my son's apartment had broken and water was puddled all over the bathroom and bedroom. We called Innovative Home Services and Jason arrived shortly after midnight. He assessed the situation and called Brandon to come out with the drying equipment. Brandon arrived about 30 minutes later and got to work setting up the dryers/dehumidifiers, etc. He was here until sometime after 3:00 a.m. on Saturday. Dillon and Cody arrived around 8 or 8:30 that morning to get the rest of the furniture out and rearranged the drying equipment after the room was completely empty. On Monday, Brandon returned to assess the situation and found that the floors were completely dry! He removed all of the equipment and loaded it back into his truck. We joked about trying to catch up on sleep and he was on his way. Each one of these men was kind, caring and efficient in their role in this situation. I highly recommend Innovation Home Services!
